車両お受け取り時に、営業所での前払いとなります。

Payment is required in advance at the sales office when you pick up the vehicle.

営業時間外でも予約できますか？

Can I make a reservation outside of business hours?

出発・返却ともに営業時間内でのご対応となります。時間外をご希望の場合はご相談ください。

Both pick-up and return are handled during business hours. Please contact us if you require service outside of business hours.

空港送迎はありますか？

Do you offer airport transfers?

はい、対象空港（福岡・那覇）での送迎サービスをご用意しています。

Yes, we offer transfer services at the designated airports (Fukuoka and Naha).

ご予約時にお伝えする場所にてスタッフがご案内いたします。

A staff member will guide you to the location we will inform you of when you make your reservation.

当日でも予約できますか？

空きがあれば可能ですが、前日～当日はお電話でのご予約をおすすめします。

It may be possible if there is availability, but we recommend making a reservation by phone the day before or on the day of your visit.

車種の指定はできますか？

Can I specify the car model?

可能ですが、在庫状況によりご希望に添えない場合もございます。

It is possible, but we may not be able to fulfill your request depending on our stock availability.

免許証を忘れたら？

What if I forget my driver's license?

免許証がない場合は貸出できません。

We cannot lend you a vehicle if you do not have a driver's license.

国際免許で借りられる？

Can I rent a car with an international driver's license?

はい、有効な国際免許証をご提示いただければ貸出可能です。

Yes, we can lend you one if you present a valid international driver's license.

仮免許では借りられますか？

Can I rent a car with a learner's permit?

仮免許証での貸出はできません。

We cannot lend vehicles to people with a learner's permit.

初心者でも借りられますか？

Can beginners rent one?

可能ですが、初心者マークをご持参ください。

Yes, it's possible, but please bring a beginner driver's sticker.

保険・補償制度Insurance and compensation systems

免責補償制度の加入は必須？

Is joining the liability waiver program mandatory?

任意ですが、万が一の際の負担軽減のため加入をおすすめします。

While it's optional, we recommend joining to reduce the financial burden in case of an emergency.

複数人が運転しても補償されますか？

Will I be covered if multiple people are driving?

事前にご登録いただいた方であれば補償の対象となります。

Those who have registered in advance are eligible for compensation.
